Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Belle Château Noir. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, and we take care to package each order so it arrives beautifully and intact.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During launches and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping rates and delivery
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $65. Orders under $65 are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.99, calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your candles on their way to you.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within North American but do not yet offer international shipping at this time.

Delays
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their care. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we are always happy to help you track a package or resolve an issue, so please reach out.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at help@bellechateaunoir.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
